Fixed in r92586.  Thanks for the report!

        * ComboBox.cs: Guard against an NRE if the user open a new form from a
        SelectedIndexChanged event.  This closes the combobox dropdown, and we
        were trying to dispose it.  [Fixes bug #352830]
