Exception as displayed in MessageBox

In the repro app from 365940 the following sequence of action cause the app to
get stuck.

1. Open editor for property FooInt32ListTInitialised (click the ...)
2. Change value of 999 to (e.g.) 9993 (Ensure that the value is updated, see it
in the panel on the left.  One way is to click in the whitespace below the
element grid).
3. Hit Add
4. Hit Remove
5. Hit Add
6. Hit OK

At the point all clicks to the form just results in a beep.

On Linux step 6 fails with "Array index is out of range. at (wrapper stelemref)
..", content of messagebox attached.  The editor can then be closed by hitting
OK again.  No error displays on Win32.
