Fixed in revision 96671. Thanks for the tests!

You might want to look into how I have cooked up the tests in
mcs/class/System/Test/System.ComponentModel/PropertyDescriptorTests.cs , so
that you can directly do that next time, instead of making standalone tests (if
you have the time of course). Standalone tests are fine, but I have to merge
them in and change the coding style so they match ours, etc - all by hand :(.

I am not backporting this for 1.9, unless someone asks for it.
