On Mono, extensions are currently matched case-sensitively causing the sources
of the page / service to be served.

To reproduce:
1. Create a webform named Default.AspX.
2. Launch xsp2.
3. Navigate to Default.AspX (using the exact case).

Expected result:

Form is executed / displayed.

Actual result:

Source of form is served.
