Hello Atsushi,

Since we are very busy due to upcoming GrassHopper release, I am sorry, but
I've been unable to responce to this bug in short time, but by reverting to
r96408, we broke #345449 and #345448, that seems to me more important than this
one. Anyway, the problem is in reflecting SoapHttpClientProtocol and default
binding, I'll fix it later.
