While the sources are not ready to build independently, I tried the testloop.sh
in the archive from #7. It never fails here. 

Also, since ServiceDescriptionReflector is not such a class that likely causes
such a random issue (at least it is not about network stuff), I don't think
that indicating the source of the issue as Sys.Web.Services is appropriate.
