Thanks, but it fails under .NET now:

$ ./Validate.exe emessage-404.xml
Processing "emessage-404.xml"Type
'http://rep.oio.dk/cpr.dk/xml/schemas/core/200
2/06/28/:CivilRegistrationNumberType' is not declared.
:  Validation failed
