Steps to reproduce:
 - go to http://www.windowsvista.si/main.htm?lang=1033
 - click on the Free Time or Work Time icons.

Expected results:
 - New page should load that resembles Windows Vista desktop
 - User can click on menus, move windows around, etc.

Actual results:
 - Clicking on the images does nothing.


How often does this happen? Always
