part of the pie chart will disappear if the sliders are set to the right
values.

Steps to reproduce:
 - go to http://weihong.us/silverlight/asset.htm
 - slide the Inflation Concern bar back and forth.

Expected results:
 - The pie chart will change according to the changes in the slide

Actual results:
 - Part of the pie chart will disappear, only showing the background shadow. 

How often does this happen? Thought unpredictable about exactly how, I can't
get it to happen most every time.
