I think the bug report is not about the browser - we need the error+refetch
loop to exist in the mopen/gtksilver case as well.  Come to think of it, it
should already exist.  odd.

anyway, fixing the priority (this is in no way a blocker compared to some of
the other bugs we have) and summary.
