Alan, are you sure this works on MS.NET?

This is the result I get on both .NET 1.1 and 2.0:

Unhandled Exception: System.ArgumentException: Decimal byte array constructor
re
quires an array of length four containing valid decimal bytes.
   at System.Decimal..ctor(Int32[] bits)
   at ConsoleApplication2.Class1.Main(String[] args)
