Gert, after a conversation on IRC, it was determined that the behavior is
correct - Mono hadn't implemented the behavior until recently, which caused the
code in codebehind1.aspx to (accidentally) work. The correct behavior (as it is
now) is that 1.1 does not allow private methods being used that way, while 2.0
does - thus the change.
