I raised a bug on MaskedTextProvider - bug #360407.. This produces a situation
where the prompt character isn't seen. 

I also noticed that when typing the caret doesn't move on to the correct next
spot if you hit a non over-ridable character... I should raise this separately.

All your tests pass if you use Managed.Windows.Forms going against Microsoft's
System.ComponentModel...
