I verified that the testcase does not crash XSP in Mono 1.9.0p2 on SLED 10 SP1
i586.

When the testcase is accessed in a web browser, it errors compiling
Default.aspx with the message:
"The type or namespace nae 'MyPage' could not be found."

I'm not sure if this is a problem with Mono or the testcase. At any rate, the
crash is fixed.
