It does work with xsp/xsp2 now, but it's still broken with apache+mod_mono.

"Umlaute: ??????" instead of "Umlaute: öäü"

I've tried with "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8", "AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1" and
no "AddDefaultCharset" at all in Apache's configuration. Always the same
result.

I've tested with Mono/XSP/mod_mono from SVN (r95160) on both FC6 and F8 (Apache
default config).
