Patch adding UIA support to FileDialog

Will attach a patch that adds the following:

* PopupButtonPanel.PopupButton.PerformClick method.  I can rename this to
UIAPerformClick if you think that is more appropriate.
* DirComboBox.DirComboBoxItem.ToString override. This isn't strictly necessary,
but it allows us to not special case this type of ComboBox.
