Just be know, what are you trying to drop on the form? any file :)
try run Windows Explorer or Total Commander and drag and drop some file on
form.

If window form catch drag and drop file then will show the text: "Success!!!,
drag and drop the <name> file!" :)

On OpenSUSE 11.0 is ok.
Yes, this looks like a windows-only bug.
