GetCurrentThemeName returns "theme path and file name", "color scheme name".
The file name should be compared case insensitively while the color scheme is
safe to be treated as case sensitive.

Vista: -> "aero.msstyles"
XP Media Center: "royale.msstyles"
XP: -> "luna.msstyles"
