Testcase (sources + binaries)
See testcase. It's probable other types of controls are also affected, but I
can at least confirm MenuStrip and ToolStrip.
The blue displayed by Mono is the same one used in Office 2007 softs (like
Outlook 2007), for what it's worth, so it's still native Windows... but it
still doesn't match the default behavior of the MS .NET framework.
As far as I know, Mono behaves like this only on Vista, not on XP.
Mono versions concerned: 2.0.x, 2.2.x, and possible others.
