The changes that fix this bug (including automatic update) are not included 2.2
release. It's only available in the current development version - Subversion
Trunk, which you can install as described on -
http://www.mono-project.com/Compiling_Mono .

If we do a 2.2.1 release I will make sure to backport all DataGridView fixes
(there are a lot of fixes in SVN trunk and a lot pending after new year), so
that they will be available.
