1. There have been more changes in that code after that patch.
2. You are running mod-mono-server or xsp, which is a totally different case
from the original reported here (they were not using shadow copy, while ASP.NET
applications *always* use shadow-copy).

If you are having any problem, please, create a separate bug report and attach
a small test case that reproduces it. Thanks.
