Hi Carlos,

actually, I have tested it in Visual Studio 2008 Professional and IronPython in
Windows Vista, both of them could changed DateTimePicker's value with
ShowUpDown “Style". 

Thank you for fixing some of that, and some of values could be changed in Mono
under openSUSE 11.0. (Mono with trunk from svn). 

But I can't change Month's value with ShowUpDown style
