Proposed patch.

Seems that .NET is keeping a local copy for:
AccessibleDefaultActionDescription, AccessibleDescription, AccessibleName and
AccessibleRole; and is not using AccessibleObject.

I've also updated the test (CreatedAccessibilityTest) to match the behavior.
