VS makes the following requests:

"GET /NumberService.asmx/$metadata HTTP/1.1" 500 50
"GET /NumberService.asmx HTTP/1.1" 200 5600
"POST /NumberService.asmx/mex HTTP/1.1" 500 44
"POST /NumberService.asmx HTTP/1.1" 500 439

So problably one of those three failing requests causes this issue.
