Thomas and other QA guys.

There is a known work around this bug that we can enable by default for this
release if it turns out we run out of time.

We would fallback to 2.0 behavior of having generics sharing only for corlib.
This would be a major setback for the runtime as it is pretty important to
advance gsharing adoption and field use. But we can live one more release
without it enabled for everything.
