THanks for adding this info Thomas.  It's important to note that mojoportal is
compiled with the new mono at rpm build time and is correctly built using the
1.0 s.w.e assembly.  BlogStarterKit is not compiled at rpm build time, but
rather is jit'd when the ASP.NET app is accessed.

So, I think that the jit is not grabbing the correct s.w.e assembly which
results in the error.
