Zip file of solution which fails on x86_64 but works on i586

Thomas' steps to reproduce in comment 2 are incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:

1)  Download and unzip zip file
2)  Open solution in monodevelop
3)  Build solution
4)  Click "Run / Debug"
5)  Notice that it correctly stops on breakpoint
6)  Press F11
7)  Notice that it does not proceed

Following the above steps, this worked on opensuse 11.0 i586.
