Patch.

Patch to fire UIAFocusedItemChanged if focused is changed via a
ListViewItem's Focused property.  SetFocusedItem sets an item's Focused
property unless focus is being cleared, so it is no longer necessary in most
cases to fire the event in SetFocusedItem.
