Description of Problem:
Help message is not coming on a form dailog.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the application
2. Right click on labels named 'Name1' or 'Name2' or on the form or on buttons
3. Opens context menu with the called 'What is This?'
4. Left click on context menu.

Actual Results: Context menu's text is not properly visible and we click on
context menu item the tool trip is properly visable.


Expected Results:
It should be the display the controls as like in windows.


How often does this happen? 
For each click event.
