The Signum enumerator in Mono.Unix.Native.Stblib.signal does not provide SIGRT*
signals.

UnixSignal and Mono.Unix.Native.Stblib.signal cannot handle SIGRT* signals as
these signals are out of the range of the Signum enumerator.
