Test Application

MenuStrip couses application crash when is used the background thread.
I add simply test application.

Try run application, press file item (popup menu will be shown) and fast move
cursor form file item to help item and back (popup menu will be fast
refreshed).
After while you see strange refresh effects and application crash.

the test application is starting one thread and is defining the simply menu.
Application was tested with mono 2.2 preview 2
