Description of Problem:
1.Forms.Opacity
2.MouseEventArgs not available
3.System.Windows.Input not available

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In Window Application, change the "Opacity" property has no effect. (Though
the value of it did change)
2. MouseEventArgs not available
3. System.Windows.Input not available

Actual Results:
Nothing happen

Expected Results:
Decreasing "Opacity" will make the window transparent.

How often does this happen?
Everytime

Additional Information:
I think "Opacity" may be a bug. The other two may not be implemented by Mono
yet.
