I don't use VS (and I don't have VS2005) to compile mono/mcs etc, so I didn't
update the .csproj files for the changes introduced into the Makefiles. If you
can make the necessary changes and contribute them, please do! The Newtonsoft
serializer is not used anymore as of 2.2 release - it's been replaced by our
own code.
