Description of Problem:
When I tried to serve a Silverlight project on Mac OSX with the Dynamic
languages Silverlight SDK (http://codeplex.com/sdlsdk) the server works but it
cannot produce the necessary xap file for running creating the silverlight
application in the browser.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. download sdlsdk 
2. extract sdk and navigate into the directory.
3. enter script/server /b 
4. in the browser navigate to
http://localhost:2060/samples/ruby/clock/index.html


Actual Results:
The web page says there was a problem to create the silverlight application
The server shows this message in the console
