The monodoc module post 2.0 has been deprecated, as it's contents have been
merged with the mcs & mono modules for 2.2 and beyond; see:

Furthermore, the "unbuilt" directories of Npgsql,System.Configuration.Install,
System.Design, System.Runtime.Remoting, and
System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Soap have been added to the build in
trunk for 2.4+ (r120483).
