Fix patch for bug 6

I've been finding other subjects to keep myself amused.  So belatedly, here's a
fix to the Marquee speed problem (#6) -- it just divides the calculation by 15.
 The bar could still be prettier (perhaps: half the bars' width, but that's for
another day).
