Just figured out there is still another issue with the CommandBuilder which I
still have to fix.

These mysterious @IsNull_[ColumnName] parameters are not defined since they are
not included in the parameters collection. I will fix this issue(probably by
just replacing them with "@[ColumnName] IS NULL") and then provide a new patch.
