Different error with 2.0 preview 2 - instead of dying on the command now, get
an error window with these words:

Invalid URL: The format of the URL could not be determined <some_gibberish>
Application Error
Trace
at System.Uri.ctor (string,bool) <0x000a0>
at System.Uri.ctor (string) <0x000f>
at System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser....
