Just noticed there are lots of other bugs around dealing with the same issues;
some also exceeed the scope of this patch. Nobody seems to care about them and
therefore propably nobody is mainting this code any more.

However, when this issue has been fixed I'll try to solve all the other bugs
realted to DbCommandBuilder, too. Is this an offer?
