Sorry but "everything else" is too vague. Please state the mono version you're
using (mono --version) and the exact revision from SVN (or tarballs) that are
being used.
My *guess* is that your Cecil assembly is out of date (not the required version
0.6.8.8607) and this triggers the first two warnings. Since Cecil ships with
Mono then other stuff could also be out of date.
The last one is different, but likely misnamed since InvalidProgramException
has been around like forever.
