The general case (specifically: your tests, and in general simple objects
passing a multiple path objects) is fixed in rev 111565.

However, I still need to try all the different cases with the DataSet sample
you gave.

Anyway, you can go and commit your tests applying the coding guidelines ;-).

I will let this open until I check/test enough the other scenario.
