Hmmm... I haven't tried running mono's oracle client on a 64-bit operating
system.  I guess I could try with a Live CD with 64-bit Suse or Ubuntu Linux
and then oracle instant client and try that.  

Otherwise, it looks like we can close this bug.

If it is indeed a 64-bit problem, then we can re-open this bug.
