Right you are: I was confusing Name and DisplayName. Anywho, I just rev'ed and
this is still an issue. I can only imagine that this is an Ubuntu specific
problem. I didn't look through all of the code, but it looks like the region
info comes from native code, which might mean that it ultimately uses some
system library which Ubuntu doesn't ship and/or configure properly. Is there
any reason not to use a static managed hash table for region info?
