This is windows with same test program... with popup menu


IF I get the color of the menu object it is 165,165,165 which is neither Window
or Menu.  

the background is just a Form.

ControlText: 0,0,0
Window: 160,160,160
WindowText: 0,0,0
Menu: 192,192,192
MenuText: 0,0,0
