Wade left Novell, I am the mono maintainer.  The question that remains is if
the patch needs to be trimmed to just the relevant parts or if we should submit
the patch as-is.

If you look at the attached patch you can see that it touches a number of areas
of the code which are not related to this bug.  It touches enough that I am
uncomfortable using this patch as-is.  On the other hand this patch has (I
assume) been tested to verify that it fixes the bug.

So:

A) We must accept that unrelated code is touched and will not be tested

or

B) Someone familiar with this code (not myself) must re-work the patch to not
do anything but fix this specific bug and then the patch must again be verified
to actually fix the bug


I'm also waiting for another patch to get built (Bug 413534).

And I need to know exactly which dists to use for getpac and submitpac because
there is no sles-10-sp1 that I can see.
