GridView's CommandArgument bug

a simple test case for for GridView's CommandArgument, with four cases:

* two that works with Mono (but imho, defeats the purpose of CommandArgument)

* one that works both on Mono and MS (but requires tweaking GridView, very
kludgy)

* one that works with MS (but doesn't work in Mono)
