Summary: Setting various MonthCalendar properties doesn't update
                    the display
           Product: Mono: Class Libraries
           Version: 1.9
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 - None

Setting one of the five properties Annually-/Monthly-/BoldedDates, Min-/MaxDate
doesn't update the MonthCalendar display, only after forced repaint does the
display update.

Repro with the app from bug 417957.

In particular the Min-/MaxData change should shift the selected month to one
within the new valid range but it doesn't do so. It's then not possible for
the user to move then to a valid month.
Repro
1. Change the month displayed in the MonthCalendar to one in the previous year
(e.g. June 2007).
2. Change the MinDate value in the PropertyGrid to January of the current year
(e.g. 01/01/2008).
Expect the MonthCalendar to refresh and with January of the current year
selected.
Currently in Mono, no change!
3. Now try and change the month to a valid one.
Currently in Mono, all clicks of the arrows are ignored. Presumably since the
month either side of the (bad) selected months aren't selectable.
