minimal testcase (webapp)

Recipe
======
- extract attached webapp
- start xsp2 in webapp dir
- request http://localhost:8080

Expected result: webpage featuring a nice "OK" string
Actual result: Exception


SiteMap.CurrentNode is null, but it shouldn't be.
Commit 108992/108993 broke this.
