        * PropertyGrid.cs: Refresh should also repopulate the PropertyGrid.
        [Fixes part of bug #415452]

        * GridEntry.cs: Check if current property is a ICustomTypeDescriptor 
        and not the parent one (the propertyowner). Fixes the behavior of 
        GetConverter/GetEditor.
