I have write a really simple testcase who reproduce the same problem, Work
through MD IDE, get a nil exception + seg fault in a console whit mono
/myapp.exe.
Also, surprise, this testcase show a second bug, after running the windows/form
cannot be close by using the traditionaly Cross at top/right.
